Jazz Band is an extracurricular ensemble geared towards developing students' understanding and ability to perform in the Jazz idiom. Students rehearse after school 2x per week and perform at our Holiday Collage Concert, the Portage Big Band Bash, as well as our Spring Concert. Students have the opportunity to develop their listening skills as well as their understanding of Improvisation. The group is audition only.
